Three stories of strangers meeting on the edge of war. A conscientious objector and a roaming artist find tenderness as the carnage of the Second World War unfolds across the English Channel. A bereaved mother struggles with bitterness and love in recollecting her estranged son, lost in the Falklands. Deep in the Black Forest of Germany, an ageing holocaust survivor seeks to bring peace to disturbed young boy and his equally wild stepfather.

Her Noise was an exhibition which took place at South London Gallery in 2005 with satellite events at Tate Modern and Goethe-Institut, London. Her Noise gathered international artists who use sound to investigate social relations, inspire action or uncover hidden soundscapes. The exhibition included newly commissioned works by Kim Gordon & Jutta Koether, Hayley Newman, Kaffe Matthews, Christina Kubisch, Emma Hedditch and Marina Rosenfeld. A parallel ambition of the project was to investigate music and sound histories in relation to gender, and the curators set out to create a lasting resource in this area.

It is: Upstairs lives Charlotte Bancroft (Ally Sheedy), a woman with a wall of obliviousness who can turn even an 'apology' into a guilt trip, Charlotte persists in making Joyce's nighttime hours a living hell. As the torture continues, Joyce starts to lose her grip on her job, her health and her sanity. It's a heck of a price to pay for having your own place.

A dinner takes place at the home of a prominent businessman. The assistants, 3 couples︎: the businessman and his wife, his best friend and his wife, ︎his partner and his wife. The "rules of the game" are very clear. A closed stage︎: the house. A murder︎: that of the businessman. Five suspects: all with apparent motives to commit the crime, and a detective to make sense of the pieces and find the culprit. Through the interrogations with each of these five murderous candidates, the reconstruction of what happened that night will gradually put on the table the letters of a swing of forbidden relationships, complexes, disagreements, envy, jealousy and shady deals.
